Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and unworn
- in their original packaging
- returned with any tags attached
- accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
- items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- sale items
- gift cards
- personalised or custom products
- certain personal care items
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Returned items must still be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
